Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Lootti family and everything in it at any time. Here's how.
In the app
- Open Lootti and sign in as the parent.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
That's it — the deletion is permanent.
No longer have the app?
Email privacy@lootti.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify it's you and remove your data within 5 business days.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your parent account and family.
- All child profiles, including any avatar photos.
- All tasks, rewards, and coin history.
- Any task "photo proof" images stored for your family.
Everything is removed from our active systems, typically within 24 hours; routine encrypted backups are purged on their normal cycle. Deletion cannot be undone.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you subscribed to Lootti Pro, also cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you aren't billed again.
